CAMP INCLUDES LUNCH AND SWIMMING everyday.
All campers will receive a t-shirt, a full lunch in the Oaks Cafe.
Water and Gatorade provided throughout the day.

Our training camps help young athletes establish a foundation of sound training principles and habits to guide them to higher levels of performance and education.
Hardcore methods will motivate all types of kids, improve self-esteem, and establish a foundation of sound training principles and habits which will guide them to higher levels of performance and develop them into great competitors.

Hardcore is based on a progressive training system that builds faster, more powerful, and more agile athletes. Our training methods promote physical and emotional strength, as well as injury prevention, while developing your kids into awesome athletes. Our goal is to educate and build a solid foundation for a better, stronger, faster young athlete

Speed & Agility camps focus on improving functional movement, core strength & development, joint stabilization, balance, flexibility, jump skills, running mechanics, acceleration, reaction time, speed, agility, power, and team work.
Only 20% of your time is spent actually playing your sport… while the other 80% is spent training.
