Hardcore Sport Training principles motivate all kids (girls and boys) and improve their self-esteem and sense of total body health. This promotes physical and emotional strength, as well as injury prevention, while developing them into awesome athletes.

Our training camps help young athletes establish a foundation of sound training principles and habits to guide them to higher levels of performance and education.

HARDCORE SPORT TRAINING SPEED & AGILITY SUMMER CAMP 2008


We focus on improving functional movement, core development,
joint stabilization, balance, flexibility,
running mechanics, reaction speed,
agility & power.

We encourage kids to challenge and reward themselves, and more importantly, we encourage and reward teamwork and sportsmanship and teach the value of respecting everyone's individual abilities.
This camp focuses on speed, strength & agility principles. Fun team competition built into our training each day.
We begin each day with one hour & 30 minutes of intense, personalized conditioning and training. Each day focuses on a different training technique and goal. By the end of the week, your child will have been instructed in the proper mechanics for every type of speed & agility situation he/she could encounter in competition.
During the week, we will cover:

Running mechanics
Acceleration
Foot quickness
Top speed
Change of direction
Lateral speed
Core strength
Plyometrics
Flexibility
Body weight strength training

for you to choose from this summer

$250.00 per week
9:00-12:00
Monday through Friday

CAMP INCLUDES LUNCH AND SWIMMING
All campers will receive a t-shirt, a full lunch in the Oaks Cafe.
Water and Gatorade provided throughout the day.
